TWP and Internet Explorer 7
When attempting to access TWP after upgrading your browser to IE7, you will get an error indicating the Citrix addin is not on your system.
The way to correct this error is to re-install the latest Citrix client. You can find instructions on how to obtain and install the Citrix client for Title Work Place.com or
for Title Work Place.biz.

To Our TitleWorkPlace Customers:
Thank you for your commitment to our online application hosting services offered to you via TitleWorkPlace. You have shown tremendous faith in PropertyInfo Corporation, (formerly First Data Systems), and our ability to service your title technology needs. We are taking this opportunity to both thank you and advise you of some exciting enhancements to your online application services.
PropertyInfo is currently operating a brand new data center providing the most advanced application services data center available to the title industry. This next generation data center is equipped with state of the art technology and is operational today with over 700 customers (3,500 users) using the environment for daily production needs. The new center is operating in a world-class collocation facility providing the latest in security, redundancy and performance features for our customers. Migrations to the new center are already underway and you will be contacted to schedule your migration soon. It is our desire to have your migration completed by the end of the year and there is no charge for the migration.
As a benefit to moving to the new center (accessed via www.propertyinfo.com) if you are currently using AIM for Windows (AFW) 5.01 you will be automatically upgraded to the latest version of AFW (5.5) as a part of the migration process. This upgrade is included as a benefit of your subscription services and there are no additional fees for the upgrade. Additionally, available with AFW 5.5 (upon request) is a new utility, The Exporter, allowing you to extract data directly from your AIM for Windows order information or escrow accounting tables into an EXCEL spreadsheet. This has proven to be extremely useful tool to extract AFW data into a flexible format for further reporting and analyzing based on your needs and desires. The Exporter is free to you as an ASP customer running AFW 5.5. Other services are also in the works (such as the ability to validate your property address and conduct a Patriots search – at the click of a button!) as we look forward to providing additional services to you at www.propertyinfo.com.
We will be contacting you in the very near future to schedule your migration and answer questions about your migration to the new center TitleWorkPlace.biz (for non-affiliates) or StewartWorkPlace (for Stewart affiliates).
