EDUCATION/TRAINING COURSE Q & A Can we learn AIM for Windows in one or two days instead of four?
There is a tremendous amount of information covered in this course. Four days are needed to cover all the materials thoroughly and answer student’s questions. Any less might leave a student unprepared to use AIM for Windows in their office. Can my staff train during the installation and integration of my technology?
It depends. Training can take place while your system is being installed, if you train at our Learning Center in Nashville. If you choose to train at your office, integration and installation must be completed first. Can we train after business hours at our office?
We prefer that training is kept during business hours. Experience has taught us that training after business hours is not productive. Can we train during the weekend at our office?
Weekend training is not recommended, but we are flexible on this issue. What if I go to use this technology after training and I forget what I have learned?
We offer a six month guarantee on our training courses. If you find you need more training, you may attend another scheduled class in Nashville at no cost to you, except for travel expenses. Does it really take all four days to learn to use FinancialAccess?
Yes. The first two days students setup their system. The next two days are spent learning to use the program. It is our goal to have students actually inputting live transactions by the time the course is finished. Is it better to train at the Learning Center in Nashville, or my own office?
We have found that it is easier for students to learn at our Learning Center in Nashville. There are fewer distractions for students, and often better training technology. However, if there are many people to be trained, on-site training can be more cost effective. We will be happy to assist deciding the best option when scheduling classes.
