TitleWorkPlace.com Facility
It is vitally important that your information is kept secure from glitches and hackers. Our TitleWorkPlace.com facility is considered world-class and maintains the highest level of protection in both the network and physical infrastructure.

Network Infrastructure
  • Three local loops over SONET provide redundant access to ensure 100 percent uptime.
  • Each Internet upstream is connected to its own 7206 Cisco border router. The boarder router is cross-connected to two Cisco 6509 Route Reflectors, and those are then cross-connected to two CISCO 6509 access switches. Twin Ethernet drops at each cabinet provide redundant connections.
  • PIX firewalls are configured in a High Availability format. This provides failover. If one fails, the second will immediately take over without loosing any session information. This ensures 100 percent uptime.
  • Offsite backup of all data ensures restores are available if needed.

Building Physical Infrastructure
  • Two redundant 320Kva UPA banks provide temporary power to the network in the event of an extended length power failure.
  • 2500Kva Caterpillar diesel generator with 3000 gallon fuel tank provides power in the event of an extended length power failure. This provides 100 percent power uptime.
  • Very Early Smoke Detection (VESDA), and heat and smoke sensors allow support staff to be notified quickly in the event of an emergency.
  • Halon fire-extinguishers are used in the event of an emergency since they cause minimal damage to electronic equipment and leave no residue to clean up.
  • Dedicated local power company transformer powered by two 2000 AMP feeds.
  • Five 26 ton HAVC units keep the server room and servers at optimal operating temperature.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly testing of power infrastructure.

Staffing and Support
  • Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, on-site proactive monitoring of the network and building infrastructure ensures that all systems function properly and remain reliable.
